Welcome to Southern Dunes: Waves — a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath Jacksonville Beach apartment just a 1-minute walk from the sand. Free parking on-site makes it an easy choice for couples or small families heading to the beach this summer.

The layout is simple and functional. The ground floor holds the living room, dining area, full kitchen, and half bath — a comfortable common space for the group. Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs on the 2nd floor. Please note that stairs are required to reach the bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements are for up to 4 guests total.

The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals — oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and pantry basics. Cooking in saves real money on a longer stay. Washer and dryer access is available on-site in a shared laundry room used by other guests in the building. Pack light — laundry is handled here.

The beach is a 1-minute walk out the front door. One note to plan around: the nearest boardwalk/beach access point is currently under city renovation. The alternative access on 9th Ave S is about one block away and easy to reach on foot. Construction may occasionally happen on weekends. Eleven South, a 5-minute walk away, is a local favorite for mesquite-grilled sea bass. O-Ku Sushi and the Jacksonville Beach Pier are both a 2-minute drive. TacoLu, known for fish tacos and a long tequila list, is 4 minutes by car. Publix is an 11-minute walk for groceries and beach snacks. Mayo Clinic is a 9-minute drive, and TPC Sawgrass is 14 minutes away.

Check-in is self-guided. Before arrival, guests complete three steps: fill out a check-in form, sign a rental agreement, and choose a deposit or damage waiver option. Our 24/7 customer service team is available throughout your stay for any questions or issues.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
