Welcome to Saltwater & Sunsets — a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Jacksonville Beach townhouse that sleeps 6, just 2 blocks from the sand. Two king suites and a full bedroom share the top floor, the open kitchen and living room open onto a covered balcony, and the primary suite has a jetted tub and its own private balcony. Beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon are waiting downstairs, so just grab them and go.

The layout works well for families and groups. The ground floor holds the entry, the laundry room with washer and dryer, and the beach gear. The main level is the heart of the home: an open living room with a large sectional and Google TV, a full kitchen, a dining table for six, a breakfast bar with two more seats, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two sliding doors open to a covered balcony with seating for four and a ceiling fan — a good spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.

All three bedrooms are on the top floor. The primary suite has a king bed, a Google TV, a private balcony with seating for two, and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and a Google TV. The third bedroom has a full bed. A full hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo serves both guest rooms.

The kitchen is stocked for real cooking: full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig with K-cups. Beach towels, bath towels, and cotton bed linens are all provided. This three-level townhouse includes 2 flights of stairs, so it is not ideal for guests with mobility limitations.

Full private access to the entire townhouse: all 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas, both balconies, and the laundry room. Self check-in is fully keyless with a code you will be provided before arrival. Free parking is right in the private driveway.

You're on the south end of Jacksonville Beach, 2 blocks from the ocean — the beach access at the end of 6th Ave S is a quick walk from the front door. Eleven South is about a 7-minute walk for a mesquite-grilled dinner on a warm evening. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is a 2-minute drive for a morning walk, fishing, or just watching the surf, and TacoLu's fish tacos and O-Ku's rooftop sushi are a short drive away for nights when you want someone else to cook.

Most guests park once and walk — the beach and the south-end restaurants are all close by. Beaches Town Center's shops and restaurants are about a 10-minute drive, Mayo Clinic about 10 minutes, and TPC Sawgrass — home of THE PLAYERS Championship — about 15 minutes. Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is roughly 40 minutes by car.
