This impressive three-story retreat features separate entrances for the ground-floor apartment and main house, making it perfect for multi-family getaways or large groups seeking both togetherness and privacy.

The ground floor offers a completely separate 2-bedroom apartment with en-suite bathrooms (one king, one queen). The main house spans the second and third floors: three queen bedrooms plus a full kitchen on the second floor, and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) with another full kitchen on the third floor. Each level includes a washer/dryer for ultimate convenience.

Your private pool with turf yard creates the perfect post-beach retreat, while two propane grills handle group barbecues. Ocean view balconies with outdoor seating let you watch sunrise over the Atlantic. The pool can be heated for an additional $100 with 24-hour advance notice.

Step outside to a 4-minute walk to Mellow Mushroom for craft beer and pizza, or 5 minutes to Salt Life Food Shack for fresh grouper sandwiches. The iconic Jacksonville Beach Pier is an 11-minute stroll for fishing and sunset views. Two dedicated parking spots plus street parking accommodates multiple vehicles.

Keyless entry provides seamless check-in to both levels. High-speed Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchens, beach towels, and all linens provided.

This is a non-pet-friendly property. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws. Still, NO PETS ON FURNITURE, or there will be an additional $150 charge if there is evidence of hair on couch cushions or bedding where it is obvious a pet was lying.

* It is an additional $100 to heat the pool. Check with the host in advance for payment and preparation at least 24 hours before check-in!

* Before check-in, you'll have to complete three quick steps: fill out a check-in form, sign a rental agreement, and select your damage protection preference.

* A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver is required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.

* No smoking, pets, or parties allowed.

* Quiet hours (10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.) must be respected.
