The layout is simple and practical: a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook most of your meals at home, and a full bathroom shared between the two bedrooms. It's a no-fuss setup built for people who need to actually live somewhere — not just stay somewhere.

The outdoor space is the standout feature. A landscaped backyard with a koi pond gives you a quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. Spring in Jacksonville is ideal for spending time outside before the summer heat sets in — this is the sweet spot.
