You're a 7-minute walk to the Jacksonville Beach Pier and 3 blocks from the sand. Salt Life Food Shack is a 4-minute walk for casual seafood after a beach day. O-Ku Sushi is 5 minutes on foot with a rooftop view of the pier. Mellow Mushroom — great for groups with picky eaters — is also a 5-minute walk. Publix is a 10-minute walk for grocery runs. Check-in is keyless — you'll get everything through the guest portal before arrival. The unit is stocked with full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and fresh linens. Sound machines are included. Mayo Clinic is a 9-minute drive for any medical travel needs. Note: this is a second-floor unit with stairs and no elevator.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
